We’re defined by our roots in Porthcawl.
Breaksea Care was founded in 1987 by John and Pam Rossini, both passionate members of their community in the Welsh seaside town of Porthcawl. Breaksea quickly gained notoriety as a trusted care provider with strong links to regulators and local families, leading to the acquisition of nearby Newton Care Home and the establishment of a family business that still leads provision today.
